The Regulation Training Lab is a structured small-group container designed for high-functioning women who carry responsibility in business, motherhood, and daily life.
Over three months, we meet twice per month to systematically strengthen your nervous system’s capacity to stay grounded under pressure. Through guided movement, embodied awareness, and practical regulation exercises, you will train skills such as stabilizing under cognitive overload, sensing and holding boundaries in the body, recovering more quickly from emotional spikes, and releasing accumulated stress.
This is not a dance class and not a therapy group. It is a steady, practice-based space where repetition builds real capacity. The focus is skill development, nervous system resilience, and embodied leadership — so that you can respond to challenges with more stability, clarity, and choice.
