I’m Zuzana Oppolzer — a mover, mother, and Dance Movement Therapist in supervision.
I value authenticity, softness, and the courage to meet yourself just as you are.
I believe that every body holds its own wisdom — stories, emotions, and truths that words can’t always express.
Before stepping fully into Dance Movement Therapy, I spent over 10 years teaching dance — guiding people of all ages to discover joy and freedom through movement.
Over time, I realised that dance was never just about steps or choreography.
It was about expression, healing, connection, and finding a way back to oneself — the missing bridge between the mind and the body.
Today, I’m deepening this understanding through a five-year international psychotherapy training at the Self-Moving Institute in Prague, which includes over 1,000 hours of education and self-experience.
The program is accredited by the Czech Association for Psychotherapy (ČAP).
As a Dance Movement Therapist in supervision and a member of the EADMT (European Association Dance Movement Therapy), I bring together creative movement, somatic awareness, and the gentle principles of Dance Movement Therapy to support emotional and physical balance.
In my sessions, I create a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your inner rhythm —a space where movement becomes a language of awareness, balance, and aliveness.
