I’m Zuzana Oppolzer — a mover, mother, and Dance Movement Therapist in supervision.
I value authenticity, softness, and the courage to meet yourself just as you are.

I believe that every body holds its own wisdom — stories, emotions, and truths that words can’t always express.

Before stepping fully into Dance Movement Therapy, I spent over 10 years teaching dance — guiding people of all ages to discover joy and freedom through movement.
Over time, I realised that dance was never just about steps or choreography.
It was about expression, healing, connection, and finding a way back to oneself — the missing bridge between the mind and the body.

Today, I’m deepening this understanding through a five-year international psychotherapy training at the Self-Moving Institute in Prague, which includes over 1,000 hours of education and self-experience.
The program is accredited by the Czech Association for Psychotherapy (ČAP).

As a Dance Movement Therapist in supervision and a member of the EADMT (European Association Dance Movement Therapy), I bring together creative movement, somatic awareness, and the gentle principles of Dance Movement Therapy to support emotional and physical balance.

In my sessions, I create a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your inner rhythm —a space where movement becomes a language of awareness, balance, and aliveness.

Zuzana Oppolzer, a dance movement therapist shows how to connect with the floor during dance movement circle.

In my sessions — whether in group circles, one-on-one work, or community workshops — you are invited to come exactly as you are. No choreography, no judgment, no right or wrong way to move. Just space to feel, breathe, and move your way back home to yourself.

Through movement, we can listen to that wisdom, gently release what feels heavy, and reconnect with the aliveness that’s already within us.
